Yup..:-) This is insane!
Me now have a problem here too...I am good at illustration but I do not know why some of them ask for illustrator cum graphic artist. If not they will ask for flash artist but must do video editing and so on. Till now, I dont get any reply from them. I just want to have a good illustrator job why make life so difficult for us right! These employers are spoiling the whole market!
